Shipping Policy

We ship Ginny Nana orders to the destinations listed below. Our press-on nails require preparation before dispatch; preparation time and transit time are separate.

Shipping rates

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of USD 50.00 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges are not included in that threshold.

For orders below this threshold, the following rates apply to all supported destinations:

Total package weight is calculated from the weight of each product multiplied by its quantity, rounded up to four decimal places in kilograms. The final shipping charge is shown before payment at checkout.

Preparation and delivery

• Preparation before dispatch: 5–10 business days.

• Estimated transit after dispatch: 7–15 business days.

• Estimated total from order to delivery: 12–25 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier, customs and destination delays may affect delivery.

Tracking and assistance

When your order is marked as shipped, its tracking details can be viewed on the Order status page or in your account. You can look up an order using its order number and checkout email. Shipping notifications include tracking details when available.
